This course is designed to help women find a holistic pathway to recovery, drawing strength from the Qur’an, psychological insights, and Sunnah-inspired health practices.

Taught by three dedicated instructors, this program combines spiritual, emotional, and physical healing into a unified journey of resilience: 

Sister Sadaf Ather – explores trauma recovery through the timeless wisdom of the Qur’an, highlighting stories of the Prophets, the Mothers of Believers, and Qur’anic guidance that brings light into the darkest struggles. 

Sister Khadijah – offers psychological perspectives on trauma and healing, teaching students how to understand their emotions, reframe painful experiences, and cultivate mental strength.

Sister Sadaf Qadeer – provides practical health and fitness tips inspired by Sunnah, focusing on nutrition, movement, and lifestyle practices that nurture both body and soul for peaceful recovery.
